I think all of y’all are overthinking it. Look at the mole next to her eye. It’s very specific and no other character besides Meguru has it. So unless you say that a character somehow grew a mole at the exact same spot as Meguru, with the same mannerisms, and has knowledge of a very specific time Meguru and mc had together, it doesn’t really make any sense. Future Megu is probably just jealous of past Megu for being able to experience something she herself wanted, but never had the opportunity to because mc died. If you were in the same situation, wouldn’t you also be jealous of your past selves experiences, and want to be them instead.
