Alright so, In short this story is about a virus that is transmitted through a slime like substance that targets the brain and takes over your body. Your mind is unaltered but your body lusts for sex in order to spread the virus more. This story was about a girl named Megumi I believe with her younger brother. She gets infected and has sex with him spreading the virus. The virus affects Megumi's mind and makes her shove a concentrated virus dildo up his ass which turns him into a slime creature and makes him female with a dick.
