Ironically this is 100% canon, since any "Bad End/Dead End" in the original VN is an alternate timeline, replace tentacles with worms and this is legit what happens in the VN final Bad End (jokingly noted to be the Harem end in the "Tiger Dojo").

I'll be honest, they became way too much crazy while making the hf route, dark fantasy is one thing which is acceptable in fz but hf was on another level, it's like playing a monster hentai RPG, this route literally contain nothing except tragedy so that people can sympathize with it

Random fact for those who might not know (Spoilers for Fate/Stay Night, but no more than the doujin itself): This is based on an actual Bad End of Fate/Stay Night, the numerically last one, Number 40, titled Femme Fatale. It is achieved by choosing not to finish off Saber Alter at the very end of Heaven's Feel, as shown in the beginning of the story here. However, in the real Bad End, Sakura used penis shaped worms, not tentacles, and it happens off screen. Amusingly, the games hint corner earlier tells you that the final Bad End is a harem ending. As this doujin shows, that is sort of true, if you stretch the definition of a "harem ending" a bit. TL;DR: This is a mostly canon event in one of the largest media franchises in the world, at least in a Bad End.

Track recommendation to listen to while reading: Joji- MODUS I gotta say, this was something that feels like the inside of the holy grail. It depicts how unholy it really is. The art is nice but I’m just way too attached to the characters that I kind of start crying a little. Personally: 6/10 Story: 8/10 Art: 8/10 Overall: 7.75/10
