Plot recap, since it's not explained super clearly; Aya is possessed by a being or spirit, which makes her do perverted things. At the very end, it's revealed that Aya herself is also doing perverted things while not under possession due to all that she went through. Reimu exorcised the being possessing Aya, and everyone thinks she's back to normal, but she's still a pervert. She takes a drug that turns her into a futa, and goes on to fuck everyone in town.
