They actually hinted in the manga after she had to train Kenichi to overcome his fear that she may have a secret love for him. She even tagged along with him in the hot springs and bathed with him. When they came back Miu has a moment of thought that "could it be that she..." until she dismissed it as she said it couldn't be. P.S.
