Good shit! I feel like both parts were some sort of trolling of NTR. The protagonist has no eyes, he's drawn just like the typical cucked sad sacks that make up a lot of NTR work, but nope! The MC has troubles, but works to improve them. The girlfriend isn't some weak willed shell that gets mesmerized by cock. The sketchy ex doesn't get rewarded for his 'alpha male' dipshit bravado. Yet, everyone gets their own happy endings drizzled in sweet vanilla.

That would've been a much better ending if they showed the MC's whole face with a complacent/happy look on it rather than stick with the eyeless, shadow appearance. He overcame some psychological hurdles they could've at least expressed his character growth, they did with the others. All in all, I enjoyed it.
