Reading it again, I am noticing the gf have multiple opportunities to make up or patch things up. But man, she sure did try to convince him in the worse way possible, caught in the lie, she was still lying about him saying she just had sex for the first time with Jou, and not only that, she then contradicts herself the next moment mentioning that her cheating wasn't her fault because she felt so good, instantly confirming MC's doubts. So hear me out on this. She could had fixed things still, the guy knew she was lying even when the evidence was in front of her boyfriend, she could have come clean about him for at least that moment, but what came to her worry was not his boyfriend leaving, but she began crying over the fact that she is fucked if he leaves her alone, considering the apartment. What I am trying to say here is the following, even with everything, she didn't take into consideration his feelings at all, even saying she would kill herself if he left her on her own

From my own, I will say the only problem that gets to be noticed, no matter if the MC was shitty or the girlfriend in this case, being the fact that the gf is a compulsive liar. MC gave the benefit of the doubt, and the chad took the opportunity to give clear hints about the deed, but even then, the gf still lied to his face. When he confronts her about it, she still decides to continue the lie, even crying herself out, knowing full well that he in fact is on point. Like, the most she could had done to avoid the mess was just being honest with him. The guy was willing to forgive her or at least hear from his gf the truth. I think he was still waiting for his gf to just tell him already, because it is shitty to be left in the dust, and not knowing why it is happening, or even, why she is still with him if the cheating is true.
