@Typical japanese MainCharacter I think the main focus of Kiliu's work is over the top, ridiculous, absurd scenarios. This is only my interpretation, but I believe Kiliu just wants you to laugh at it. I believe that the comedic aspect is complimented by the pudgy, and outright cartoonish, character designs.
