The simple faces are done on purpose. Like tkmo explained, the guy gets warped into a video game and plows all the NPC's and ignores the actual gameplay, so going in with zero grinding, wasting all his time fucking with the game characters, the second he bumps into his first (what I assume to be) game enemy, he instantly dies. I like the concept of "freely having sex with the bigger curvier women you want by magical dues ex machina" that kind of free roaming craziness to go wild and explore fantasy oppertunities first-hand is pretty hot. Not into the loli part, but putting yourself in that crazy fantasy is def a thrill ride. The only downside is they're all with the same dead-eyed expression cus they're NPC's. Would've been an easy fix if it there was a hidden item coded into the game where you can do small quests to make NPC's fall in love with you, so it's consensual all the way. That fantasy with an added "they're REALLY want it/are into it" would bring it full circle.

They're literally NPCs

The premise is that the guy gets sucked into his favorite video game, Kubo's Summer Vacation (Kubo also being a word for vagina). It's an life sim (like Harvest Moon) and he fucks the characters while they repeat dialogue from the game. But he forgets to do all the item collection that he should have and dies in the end.
