I decided to look further into the matter and found a article discussing various amounts of Calories burned in different positions over a 30 minute session. During our beloved tale of brother and sister we experience a combination of 2 positions excluding the foreplay. During the beginning and end we have the younger sister riding the brother. This makes up a general 2/3 of the sexual interaction. For 1/3 of said interaction we see a doggy style. These are the numbers I'll be using for my calculations. We will assume they do the same positions every time.

Different time calculations : 30 min - 113.98 kcal

15 min - 56.99 kcal

A 30 minute walk for a woman of similar weight to the ones used in the previous calculations would yeild a loss of 125 Calories. The average Calories per gram of body fat is 7.57 kcal/g. That being said, burning 7.57 Calories will not always result in a direct loss of a gram of body fat, but that is a road I don't want to go down right now. Use whichever time you think is right for Calories per session to calculate the total amount of sessions they would need to participate in to lose the desired weight.

Formula for number of sessions to lose a desired weight: S = 7.52W / C

S = Number of sessions

W = Desired weight loss (grams)

C = Calories per session (kcal) (determined from session time table)
