I thought the story was pretty easy to understand, if I understood it correctly that is, pretty much girl is raised by a single dad and she loves him above all then he goes and dies. So she falls in love with her teacher that reminds her of her dad. To get him she wants to become pregnant and marry him so they can become a family. On the other hand the teacher is already married and seems to pretty much just want her for sex but doesn't want to become a family with her. So she instead starts to target his son and keeps having sex with him until she becomes pregnant that she can become a family with the teacher. Seeing as she pushed the kid away at the end it's pretty apparent he was just being used so she could get pregnant and with her starting to call him papa instead of sensei it's pretty apparent she's a bit of a nutjob that wants sensei to become her new "papa".
