I really love this story because there's so much a hint of reality in it & not just the usual hentai logic that everything works out well as long as the sex is good. It shows that the world revolves around money 1st before sex. And those that cheat don't get forgiven that easily. That treatment and period it takes for time to heal the wound and for the husband to forgive her back really takes the cake.

But again, I definitely agree with you that she gave into the whole thing too easily and it just did not feel earned, on top of the flipping back and forth between him and her own husband. Since she knew Saori's husband on a more personal level, the author tried using this pre-established friendship and turned it into what it became. But again, the timeline of the infidelity after the first 3 months I mentioned, took no longer than possibly a couple more weeks until the collapse and discovery. It felt all over the place at times, but like you said, it was pretty remarkable for what it was. Glad to have another discussion with you!

Going to your point regarding her developing connection with Saori's husband, it was a bit forced to say the least, I had a tough time suspending my disbelief here because I would wonder why she went back in the first place. But then I thought about the timeline of the story. Before the initial rape, she had been working at the shop for an entire month, so I assume she had already developed a decent relationshiip with Saori's husband, and since Saori and Kana were friends before the story started, she must have known about her husband before hand. This is different from a rape turned infidelity by a complete stranger, Kana already got to know this man for some time before he made his move. After the first incident, it is then shown that 2 months had passed before he attempted the same thing on her.

In the end, I think the author had many more ideas they wanted to explore and realized that towards the middle of the story, so then they just decided to finish it as soon as possible, and tie up all the character arcs in the final chapter, which does not work out as the usual. I still like the attempt at what the story was trying to tell, that all the parties involved were guilty of their own mistakes and wrong choices, but especially how the problems of the other couple grew so out of hand that it took this situation to finally make them decide to split up. Again, a lot of plot lines that needed to be talked about and resolved, but not enough pages to go into any of it in depth.

@SchrodingerZ I wrote more in depth my thoughts on the previous upload, just in case you haven't read it. And I do agree, this story still has a lot to be worked out, because I feel there were too many jumps to different situations, so it could have benefitted from a little more filler pages describing motives and reactions, since by the end, it feels rushed, but I was able to get what the author was going for, and for that I thought the story was decent. It's not the pinnacle of anything, I know that, but compared to what is always produced, it felt refreshing. The development felt unrealistic for me at times I think due to the lack of pages explaining them, I just filled the spaces with my own imagination regarding some of the choices made. Compared to most NTRs, this had about 50% more sense written in to it compared to others that barely have even 10% of common sense with character choices.

That hopeful ending was trash and nonsensical. Both of them should've ended broken and "withered" as the story puts it. Neither of them deserves a happy future, especially Kana. I was baited into thinking that this would be a realistic and fair story.

This has to be one of the most irritatingly underwhelming stories I've ever read, hentai or otherwise. While I do give credit to the author for going a different route than most NTR, I still can't get over how stupid the final chapter was. It did a terrible job at showing the consequences of Kana's actions. All we get is a small sequence of Kotaro not talking to her for a while. Like, seriously? That's it? No poisonous conversation, no talk about broken trust, nothing? But I know what killed this story and made it so underwhelming. It was the fact that Kotaro also cheated on Kana. Page 105 is where this story killed itself, because the fact that he cheated on Kana makes her actions seem less shitty, but EVEN THEN it's still stupid, because Kotaro was drunk and cheated once while Kana was completely sober and kept going back to Naoki. I'm not justifying Kotaro's infidelity, but he should be aware of the different proportions here.
