Since I'm too lazy to translate: Tomboy wants to bang the manga artist that lives next door. Except said manga artist sees her as a little sister, so she comes over to his place and tells her she's planning to have sex in her room, and that she just wanted to let him know. The manga artist thinks some guy is trying to have his way with her and she's subtly asking him for help. Turns out the whole thing was an elaborate plan she had to get him in bed. The notebook on the last panel is her entire plan laid out.
