Futanari onee-san means "Futa big sis", onee-san here is used as a familiar or fraternal position of authority, your big sis is something you should obey and respect within your family. Wakarasareta is the past causative form of the verb 分かる (Wakaru, to know). Otoko (男) means something like dude or man, and musume (娘) means daughter. The title's really hard to translate, but the closest I could think of is "Someone's daughter that got to know Futa Big Sis" (Here, it implies that "futa big sis" is like a title or a figure). It is explicitly said to be a boy, but the 男の娘 really throws me off, and it implies that there's a a dude and that his daughter was in this somehow. Conclusion: the title doesn't make a lot of sense.
