I'm genuinely curious to see if the author just dedicates each chapter to these 3 women and ends it at the last woman, or if we will see a culmination with all of them at the end. @Darkstar75 I am glad I am not the only one who likely sees it. My guess is that yeah the kid showed at the start is not the wives biological kid and the husband and wife have been trying to make another one but it haven't worked out so far.
