I just went to read the Japanese version. There's some translation that's missing in this English version. Or wrongly translated. Sis mentioned that she's afraid of having sex with another guy, thus bro has been the only guy that she can accept doing it with. She accepted mc because she thinks that she can finally have sex with another guy who isn't her brother. She even said that she thinks she can accept kissing mc if it's him on page 21. And on page 23, sis actually said not to be friend with that guy because he is up to no good. The part where mc is talking to bro on the same page is mc saying that the guy made a girl drunk and raped her. That guy ended up getting caught and sent to jail. The translation never mentioned any of it.

I'm not sure why everyone is confused. To me, this story isn't NTR. She has been having sex with her brother before mc came into the story. The brother said it himself on page 4. When mc said he likes the sis, bro told him that usually he will asked his sis to break up with the guys who asked her out, but bro liked mc, thus he encouraged him to woo her. But he warned mc that they (bro & sis) are Fucking each other all along.
