For anyone asking, no, this isn't an alternative route. This is what happened from Takashi's perspective in Chapter 2 while Yamagishi was focusing on cram school and Niiyama was on a family trip shortly after, just before the summer festival. Chapter 2 was the first time Yamagishi saw Iida squirt, but Takashi had already developed her at that point. This is the first time Iida ever squirted, so this was during that time.
