Came back and read this again, and I have no idea why I rated this 9/10, cause it's obviously 10/10. The last panel was really sweet, and I love how the last panel is the only panel that has the "sweet and wholesome" moment in the entire doujin cause when you read this for the first time, you can fap to it easily without thinking that, "Oh, it's too sweet and wholesome, I can't fap to this." The sweet and wholesome moment at the last panel is just there to give you the sweetness and wholesomeness when you finish fapping, while the rest of the doujin pages are basically just fap material.
