I think the plot is rather simple, just like most gender bender plot, the friend loves MC and he doesn't care MC gender (because he loves MC, not the gender)... But still, since he has known MC as guy for a long time, I think he prefer MC to turn back to guy (hence asking MC multiple times to whether he wants to be a guy again). BTW, you can see when MC asked the girl if she wants to be his GF, the friend stares at him (something he usually not do), he is jealous. The plot is simple because it was supposed to one-shot, I think the author doesn't have any plan to continue this one, still I like this one and I really hope there will be at least AFTER chapter or something.

I don't really agree since not only are you not able to see his face reaction to his friend confessing that they (Yuuki) want to stay as a girl but his face is this sad way throughout the story. So the sad face is probably just the way he looks normally. The fact that he asked if they wanted to change again is more showing a friend that you care for them imo. This can be seen on other occasions too. Even if he looks not interested in anything all the time, he actually cares very much for the people he seems fond. It could be that he was in love with his friend before the transition but he sure had no problem with them becoming a girl, the way I see it.
