What I could get from the girl's reaction once Tetsu tells her he's her mother's (Ayaka's) childhood friend, is that her mother probably regretted everything that happened at that time. As far as I could understand, the transfer student tells Ayaka something like "lets go home and continue" and Tetsu makes a reference to the conversation he and Ayaka had at the beginning. According to MT, she asked him whether he has a girlfriend or not and he answered that he doesn't need one and that there's no one he can fall in love with (he rejected her with those words without realizing it, hurting her feelings). Then Ayaka seems to distance herself from Tetsu and the transfer student enters the scene. Then, MC saw them as they were making out before sex. At first, the transfer student tells her that what they're doing is normal in Tokyo, she resists and says that she's interested in someone but he says that its just a rehearsal and the girl finally gives in (it was her first time, by the way).

Looks like she(daughter of the dudes childhood friend) ran away from home because of some argument with her mom. The flashback is a transfer student dude fucking his childhood friend and taking her from Him because of a misunderstanding or whatever. He has also regreted saying something to his friend at the end there and they haven't spoken since. Seems she ended up a single mother too so that's that. At the end looks like he is going to talk to her again (her being the childhood friend)
