After all, she awoke in the "future" after her future self hit her head (visible bruise on forehead, head pain, soap on the ground to suggest she slipped), but "returned" to the past randomly after seemingly falling unconscious from her orgasm - an oddly different method that would make sense in a rule-less dream. On that note though, why return at all if she was apparently an adult the whole time? It seems more likely that she just happened to see that Uehara guy and hear his name sometime earlier (it's not impossible that they often arrive at school at the same time and she just never noticed until after her dream), then subconsciously combined him with her repressed sexual deviancy which culminated in that random dream on the train. There's also good ol' coincidence, but even I can agree that that's no fun :p
