I think its moreso the fact that peoplr are just uploading the unfinished stuff here. The aritsys dont post these themselves. Andrew Andoryu's works are all slowly updated page by page, and uploaders just post the progress instead of eaiting.

Well it's not like they sell this kind of stuff, I mean they sell the final product with this stuff to show how's the process of the art while being made. It's like a freebie or bonus for the buyer.
