Definitely rotoscoped animation, probably from some JAV footage. It seems like the artist just winged it when they went 'faster' cause there's basically no frames and looks extremely choppy, I don't blame them though, cause animation is freaking hard even if you're a fantastic illustrator like this guy, especially if you're trying to blend actual video-referenced rotoscoping with hand-drawn animation.
