I think this is about a couple who’s stranded and have no food to survive so the woman chopped her leg off to feed her husband and he liked it so much he just ate her.

I have many questions but first, this wasnt as guro as I thought. Not much viscera, you dont even see the bare stump of the leg. Secondly wtf happened exactly? Is the girl a yandere and the guy had some weird innate cannibalistic urge in him or something? Overall this isnt as bad as I thought lightcore guro and snuff at best.
