Aren't Japanese people the ones who contract words for convenience though? Like saying "remokon" instead of "remote controller"? Doesn't make much sense to user the longer form. In any case, using simply "Pokémon" still lets everyone understand what it's about and would stop breaking the fucking tag. Can you tell I find this slightly annoying?
