@JohnMichealGarcia3 its about peak levels of raw physical strength.. remember about an all female college football team on a professional level that got crumblestomped by highshool male football team. besides about anatomy and philology male bone density , muscle mass , peak strength and raw power is something that cannot be matched by females. and as a martial artist my self i have seen multiple occasions where skill and training all goes down the drain when hit too hard on a weakened area , nerve concentraition points or vital muscle structure with pure unadulterated strength. back in high school a back belt tae kwon do player whos some sort of a bully i had to fight once. just pushed him using the hips and shoulders when hes performing roundhouse.... the fall was terrible and nearly had to stay a few months in a cast. and yes hitting your spine flat hurts a lot even if this is padded tatami, depends on your pain tolerance for such, if you practice muay thai you can numb it down.
