For those who don't understand the story, this is a 2nd part of the story. The first part was about the fox spirit taking over mc's sister's body hence how fmc looks like here. Mc fought the fox spirit till he broke when he knows that his sister's soul was eaten by the fox spirit when it took over her. He got cancer like illness afterwards. The last sex he had here was he using the last ounce of his remaining life force, hence he passed away afterwards. It was a sad ending because the fox spirit fell in love with mc but can't be together with him and howled her sorrow every day until one day she eventually went missing, and no one saw or heard of her again.
