I like how it is the apartment manager who in the end suggest they do a wife competition. Since pretty much the entire story she makes it clear that is what she really wants to be. Not really a fan of the blonde girl and mom duo. They felt underdeveloped and continually said they were just there for the money. At least most of the mothers are implied to have actual feelings for him and like having a relationship with him.
