I don't get this part? I didn't read the entire context but I'm assuming she just means "is it okay if we talk tomorrow instead?" and makes an excuse she's studying. Then dude finds condom starts peeking blah blah, the girl still feels guilty about watching her former love "watching" them thru the picture frame. I didn't read any of the sex scenes so I skipped to the end. The last few sentences spoken by girl are "The sweat that shook off and onto the picture frame..kinda makes it look like he's[MC] crying". Which I guess is supposed to be a parallel to him literally crying in the closet.

I didn't read through the whole thing and my Japanese is amateur level at best so I'll just try to offer a summary of the events in a linear timeline. MC and girl and ntrman are childhood friends. MC accidentally kisses girl and vows to take responsibility and says that it'll be our own little secret. He starts spending more time w/her in middle school and high school and they both end up falling in love. Then however, the girl has been waiting for a long time for MC to make good on that promise. She starts feeling worried and wonders if he's already forgotten such a childish promise. She then sees MC talk to another girl whom he asks about for "love advice". She starts getting worried and then goes to ntrman for advice on what to do. NTRman sees she's worried and notices she's down even though she's trying to hide it and she becomes deeply moved that NTRman cares that much about her to notice. Then I assume they get into a relationship after this and he helps her get into a good uni.
