Most of the summary I typed up came from davestal at EH, so if you're gonna thank anybody, thank him. I think hitomi.la has the first chapter translated, so maybe they'll get this one too when FAKKU releases it.

To clear things up: This is the sequel to a FAKKU-exclusive story, hence why the first chapter isn't here. Second, everything shown with the tanned guy is a flashback as she got busted by the husband in the first 12 pages of this. She tells him of her various encounters with the NTR guy, he gets hard, and they start having sex. She met up with the NTR guy seven times and fucked him 6 times. She tells him of three of those times here and gets real emotional on pages 68-70 because she told him that the NTR dude came to their house and they banged on the kitchen table. This leads to her cutting up her patient registration card(guy worked at an osteopathic clinic) and blocking his number on her phone. Ending is like a week later and he's rushing home from work because she still had 3 more secret meetings to tell him about.
