This is a part of the original 'kimi no na wa' story. It would be nice to see the rest translated, but I doubt it will happen. So if you liked the story I recommend you watch the movie, it's really good. I may or may not have cried during it. This doujin right here actually brought me to the movie. It was so good. I even recommend reading this before the movie. This is the first part of the movie, but in more detail.
