For those who doubting whether this is really Yokoyari Mengo, you can see on the tankobon version (It's in this site but fully in Japanese), this and the other stories was created circa 2009-2011, and you can see her artstyle development towards her current signature style on the other stories included in the tankobon. Also to adds up, Mengo's style originally was so shoujo manga-ish, so no wonder if this one makes different impression for the people reading it.
