(hinting that she's waiting for protag) | Hopefully someone will do the translation of this and its sequel, though the issues I see with this book are that a) it has transparent text bubbles, b) it has floating text and c) it's in color. Speaking from experience, that means you have to redraw everything that is covered by the text, and when you throw in color to the mix it's far from easy.

Said neighbor sort of kicked her out and is with another girl, so protag invites her in. The girl (named Misao) stays and spends time with him. To tease him she checks under his bed and finds that the protag is into gyarus. Protag tries to be gentlemanly and doesn't ask her for any sexual favors and they hang out until she has to head back. Skip to him hearing noise from next door, which ends with the neighbor kicking out Misao again. She goes straight to protag's apartment and offers to have sex with him (she mentions she never repaid him for last time). She learns protag is really rough during sex but she likes it. She breaks off from her boyfriend (since he repeatedly cheated on her and mooched money off her). Protag asks her to be with him but she refuses, saying she doesn't need a boyfriend now.

Waiting for translation is tough can anyone summarize this for me
