It looks like the characters are reused and not strictly connected. It's almost like in "She used to be cool" she got depressed before moving out, and in this, she got depressed afterwards. They continue their relationship, but the reality of depression isn't logical. No matter how happy she is, her highest highs are matched with her lowest lows (speculation on my half). Yuuya saves her, but his fate is uncertain. She stays by his side, reminiscing their lives together, and when it gets dark out, Yuuya conveniently awakes. Most likely, she fell asleep and this is just a dream, but regardless, she gets her feelings across. "I love you. I love you so much." Super tragic, tears in my eyes, 0/0, but also 10/10.
