I've read both parts and this one is much better writing wise. The first one felt like the MC didn't really wanted it but was coerced by the vice president. In the original Japanese, the MC was resisting and doubting himself a lot and felt guilty about it (you can say it was a bit forceful in the Japanese version which is heavily mistranslated in English to make the dude like he wanted it). Which makes sense given that we are given no reason why the vice president would even cheat other than just being a cheating bitch. This one is warranted because the husband actually deserves it for being a cheating bastard himself. Her fucking the MC is just her trying to get a temporary pleasure from the emotion baggage she is carrying in her marriage. In my opinion, I think the next part should focus more on her divorcing the husband and really release her from her painful marriage.
