This story has no business being this good in a hentai manga. It was probably better than most regular manga I've read, plus the incest was an added plus point. I do find it kinda funny though that the orphaned incestuous siblings seem more adapted than the random schoolgirl they drag along, who seems like an absolute psychopath as the story goes on. Tldr; Came for the incest, stayed for the plot, then came for the incest again, and again.

It would then be more impactful on the eve of the ... operation (?) to kiss and agree to take a shower with her with the tension and anxiety after that planning scene. And then you can have the sex scene if you want and it would feel a bit more appropriate. Don't get me wrong, I liked this story and I like h-doujins with real plot in them and emotional arcs but if they're serialized I feel like it can ruin the pacing. Sometimes the medium just isn't right for it.

I think the scene starting on 97 holds back the pacing of this a lot and muddles the emotional arcs for Mei and Rei. I'm guessing Fuuka was trying to hit a certain number of ecchi pages per chapter which makes the introduction of Aki comical since it's kinda out of left field like why is Mei pimping out her classmates to please Masato, for Rei's sake? And then even more comically coincidental l that it was Aki's sister that died 10 years ago. That part could have been kept if she just became friends with them normally and was clued into their past. In any case I can sort of look past all of that but it just feels like we don't get the idea that Rei would have been shy about expressing attraction for his sister. He just says what he's thinking. So if it takes Mei giving him the ultimatum that her feelings for him are like ... not purely fraternal, then I would have expected him to kiss her, and then bury it.

Had these sex scenes have proper build up and meaning to them instead "oops, just got an urges to do it", then this is almost a peak fiction. Fuuga should've grown some spine and asked his editor this would rather be published as a normal manga instead. It could've been fantastic if the only sex scene here is when Rei & Mei closed the bathroom door, Masato broke down after telling Aki his big bro is the killer and they finally started having sex. Rei knows what Mei is actually thinking about Masato all these years so can do nothing but holding her trembling hand. Then after things finished, Mei realized her feelings but Rei just kissed her forehead and says "we have deeper bonds than this, and we have all the time in the world.", hinting they might become a couple in the future. Ending comes. Credits rolls. Argghhhh so many lost opportunities for a scripts. Why Fuuga why.

I must say it was pretty weird, it felt like porn with actual plot which is so weird to me. Tbh if this was an actual manga and the sex wasn't in it then it would've been better imo as the writer clearly wanted to make a story that goes beyond incest sex. Overall a good doujin but the fact the sex was so random with little build up was kinda of a turn off for me, especially since I was so invested in the plot. Overall I give it a 7/10

BTW, I took a look at the supposed prequel, and while I don't understand japanese characters, it seems like Tetsuya (?) was not mentally healthy and never properly grew into an adult. He also appears to have had a massive oedipus complex towards his older sister, but I may be wrong. His nephew, on the other hand, was always precocious and rather mature, and his niece soon followed her brother's steps once their parents died, probably to keep their family together. At this point, they were already a pair, but not romantically. However, since they were not conditionated to feel repulse in the intimacy of the other and both grew into physically attractive teenagers, their desire to stay together eventually came to include sexual deeds.
