Shoujo Tsubaki. Poor mc, circus, famous in circus, everyone in circus die, runaway to other places far better. Guess that's why this feeling of "I've seen this plot before" is strong on this one but still this one's a good read though.

Yo what the fuck. I didn't come here to feel! What an amazingly fucked up but very insightful story about prejudice and hate. It's nothing in light of the true cruelty and hate of old japan tho. A history as deep with the darkness of discrimination as the europeans and/or westerners that mistreated them.

this is probably one of ohkoshi's finest works, its a touching story, with a brilliant commentary on japan's treatment towards the physically and developmentally disabled. im only knocking points off of it because it ends on a cliffhanger and now i wont know if my beans will get the happy end they deserve.

This is a great read, if only a part II existed

I wonder what will happen to the conjoined twins, will they be able to reach Tokyo and meet with their older sister? Is the doctor, the one that is their father's friend still alive? Will he be able to separate sucesfully the twins without sacrificing the life of the other? I think I'll check out the other works of the author. I'm grateful to the translator and the uploader for sharing this manga with us. ^^
