I was waiting for this moment! A detailed summary for yall: Kaga fails the test again and is assined a new mission as a last chance, which consists of watching over an ugly bastard in a brother and you guess who he's doing it with. In the midst of it all the teacher pops up and tells stuff like "you lack discipline and endurance" and tells us that the same happened to him in his time.
