First off while I don’t I stand what’s being said, based on the plot I seriously doubt she’s been fucking her own son in addition to Noboru. I think it’s much more likely that Ms. Miki said something that made Noboru think of Miki having sex with her son Masa & later when Noboru got home he started to fantasize about his own mom when he saw her getting dressed. I doubt anything actually happened & I doubt Miki would ever fuck her own son Masa! Unless Noboru makes her in the future. Imo I think he just let his imagination run a little too wild and took a comment Miki made WAY out of context. Noboru may or may not have sex with his own mother but tbh I think most likely his imagination got the better of him and made himself jealous for no reason AGAIN. I see Miki stepping in & clearing up this obvious misunderstanding. If you recall there was a similar misunderstanding caused by Noboru’s imagination in chapter 1. It’s a reoccurring thing in this series
