@HellBlizzard most of the time authors don't make full color chapters because they don't even have the time to do so, so they usually only do full color on the covers, first pages of each chapter or important moments. While a little different, if comics can look good being fully colored then manga can look good too, it depends on the coloring style whether it makes it better or not.
