And from the last page I believe Kotone in Akane’s body ended up growing a dick somehow, so now they’re both Futanaris as you can clearly see her fucking Takuya in Kotone’s body.

Last page show that Takuya still called her Kotone. Which means Kotone might love Takuya for real this time but Akane become last person sacrifice because if Takuya didn't do this poor Kotone will stuck as ugly guy forever. I hope Takuya doesn't make other clone another Takuya under Akane's skin but rather have Kotone take over Akane'd body at least she won't die or disappear.

So Takuya wearing Kotone skin, and kotone herself being transfering to Akane skin. It’s like kotone been corrupted by takuya skin Chap 3 and being new kotone like on this chapter. Sorry for my bad english LOL
