Yes, I don't really buy Ryoma as 160cm either. Maybe you could argue it in the height comparison page but he gets smaller and smaller as the story goes on. By the time Konomi is holding him on page 39, he looks tiny (and I'm guessing Konomi is shorter than Hizuru, they're about the same height on page 39 but Konomi looks further away). If we're going purely on the given numbers though, the comparisons in the note are accurate. We have statistical data on Japanese student heights from yearly physical exams. If Hizuru is a 17-year-old second year, she'd be in the top 1% for girls her age.
