The ending was kind of wtf/funny anyhow. Kinda wish it was somehow fell into the past. No need to explain. A coma where he wakes up and she's there would be possibly as unrealistic given it'd been probably 5-10 years since he saw her, so why not?

Okay, so, he only commits suicide (in the present) if he had sex with Aya (in the past), but he only had sex with Aya (in the past) because he commits suicide (in the present) and is affected by the demon. And, so, the demon is involved in a closed time-loop, and she isekais him to break it? Yeah, that makes PERFECT sense. :/
