If you made a table for reach trait and all Japanese were dominant and all caucasian traits were recessive, one grandparent being Japanese makes each trait a 50/50 assuming both the grandparent 2 and one of the parents had the completely caucasian traits. The grandparent generation would leave a Bb for example from a BB original Japanese gene. When it gets to the parents generation it would be a cross between Bb and bb, which leaves a 50% chance to inherit the Japanese trait.
