So based on my optimist understanding the mc left his village for the city life for idk experience, success, reasons or whatever then the older sister like him but felt betrayed when he left so he got arranged marriage so that she can forget him but she might've never seen the guy she just feels sad, and betrayed by the mc's decision but she still love the mc, (Tsundere) typical! The little sister knowing this wanting her older sister to be happy she did what she had to and because she love the mc she first had sex with him to alleviate her feelings of longing for her so basically a good ending and for goodness sake the engagement might have been faked by her parents so that this outcome may happen and that the little sister was in it all along. A pretty good interpretation I must say am I right? Haha
