If I'm not wrong, her brother was killed in a car accident in the real world. She grew up to be someone who does research on drugs that can bring out memories of what she wants and reliving her desires. She is drowning in the drug or addicted to the drug due to her love for her brother. In the final sex, her brother in the memories told her not to dwell on him in the past, and live her life moving forward. She finally accepted and moved forward from her grief. She told him in the last memory that she wants him to be her boyfriend if he gets rebirth again. When she wake up in the last page, someone called her name and she looks back with a shadow reflected on her glasses. Who's that calling her is left to our interpretation.

It seems so, but it's better we get some sort of summary or TL so we get what's going on... Artwise, this is really good.
