@ImHoos: depend on what you need. Lapland is a Lord, means she can take both aerial and ground units. She also comes with silence talent, and that is quite OP on its own. Her skill also deals art damage which means she's good with heavy armor troop. If you have Thorns, she can be put aside, but never replaced. Specter on the other hand is an immortal Centurion, a 3 block guard that heals on her own. Her 2nd skill allows her to tank all one shot hit for 30 second without dying, with good timing she can held her own against everything. If you have Blaze then Specter can also be put aside, but again, never replaced. If you want to tank bosses, definitely Specter, but her job is stalling, not DPS, unless she has good support from Hexers. Also, Amiya E2 is also worth building cuz you need her for chapter 8. When she gains her guard mode, invest in her 1st skill first, her 2nd skill is a boss killer move, but it's not really needed to be mastered if you have other DPS. So: Spec->Lap->Ami.
