Let's be real for a second, GENDER FOR EITHER IS NOT DEFINED. the legends and stuff specifically say they "LOOK" like beautiful men and women to the victims, but that's entirely up to the writer of that story.

"Boy" is there because he's a child/teen, translated from shounen in the original title, not to mark his gender

Okay, I gotta be 'that guy'. That title is redundant. Incubi are all male, it's in the name, the very definition. A female Incubus would be an oxymoron. Also, we already have a word for a female Incubus; 'Succubus'.
