The guy just straight out says how he loves the easy money he get's from targeting wives with bed ridden/sick husbands who he then cucks till they mostly die of heart attacks then he takes a part of the insurance money from the wife, who is usually then crazy about sex and has orgies in their homes, and he moves on to the next target. So it's pretty much a serial NTR guy who does it as a living by working for couples where the husband is weak/dying and then makes them die for real so he can get a big score from their life insurances.... this one is pretty dark to say the least.
