Translation sucks. It's not his stepmom. Brunette with glasses is his mother in law and the brunette without glasses is his wife. Guy was abandoned by his parents and got the family he wanted when he married his wife but then she leaves him at the beginning which leads to him fucking his mother in law. The wife comes back at the end but by then he's knocked up his mother in law. That's where the NTR tag comes from.

So the document on page 2 is a divorce form, MC's ex-wife probably ran off with her lover (who isn't even mentioned btw), so Mc is single, mother's husband seems to be dead, so I seriously struggle to see where the NTR is here. I guess in the end something goes wrong with her lover and the daughter goes back to try and patch things up with her family but finds her ex with her mother who chooses him and their baby over her daughter so I guess that last bit fits as NTR since her ex is with someone else and her mother chose someone instead of her but it would be an exaggeration since I think MC doesn't have feelings for her ex anymore (it's been months and he has his current lover pregnant). Also even if it qualifies as a NTR, it would be as one of the few ones that are completely justified. A bit confusing, but good shit.

I guess it's NTR because the guy "stole" the girl's Mom? Or maybe the girl actually likes her stepbro. It's a bit of a stretch. This should have more parts/pages to make it a proper NTR BSS.
